Ducks Technical Director – Ben Josephson
The Ducks are extremely happy to have Ben Josephson as our Technical Director. Coach Josephson’s knowledge and expertise is used to provide provide opportunities for our coaches and athletes to grow, learn, and develop, and to ensure that the Ducks are offering the best technical and tactical training possible. Coach Ben oversees the training methods used in our gyms to ensure our athletes and teams reach their potential.
Josephson is the head coach of the Trinity Western Men’s Volleyball Team, during his time with the program he has lead the team to back-to-back national titles in 2011 and 2012, and a national silver medal in 2010, and a national title in 2016 and 2017. Ben Josephson has developed the Spartans into one of the best volleyball programs in the country. Along with his work at TWU, Josephson has also coached internationally as a guest assistant with Canada’s senior team in 2009 and with Canada’s World University Games teams in 2005 and 2011. Ben was also award the CIS Coach of the Year in 2012 and 2014, and is regarded as one of the top coaches in the country.
